Becoming an Effective Coach - Hands-On Program

 

Coaching is a critical skill for sales managers and executives seeking to take their teams to the next level of performance.  Managers become coaches by learning about coaching, by being coached, and by coaching others.   Sales executives build a coaching culture within their organizations by ensuring that all levels of sales leadership are competent in coaching skills and that they practice them as a core component of their leadership.

I am looking for about ten participants for a pilot session of License to Fly for Sales Leaders. (trademark applied for)  This coaching-based program will to help sales managers develop this key skill.  It will involve a series of hour-long group coaching sessions to learn key concepts, hands-on field work to practice coaching, and individual coaching sessions to reflect on the field work and measure progress.
